In June 2006 River Red Gums, wattles, and other Native Trees were removed without a Permit from where Bracks modern day “Trojan Horse” now stands.
In Sep 2006 the Government granted a Permit Application to remove 20 Native trees, and then stood back and watched while around 200 Native trees were bulldozed
