I refer to your recent email, and thank you for it.

Due to new State legislation, relating to the caretaker provisions of the
local government act, I believe it would be inappropriate for me to respond
to your survey.

Whilst the Kew Cottages site is not in my Ward, my interests, and concerns,
relate to the whole of our city. My interests in the ultimate outcome is
considerable, and one that I will continue to be interested in, in the
event that I will be continuing as a Councillor following these coming
elections.
